Information about upcoming maintenance work in clients, e.g. winCube/webCube

We would like to inform our users about upcoming maintenance work. For this we need a way to enter such a message, for example in the Admin Client (Administration of organization).

This message should be displayed in the clients (winCube/webCube) after logging in.
