Azure / Google storage adapters: Configure Document Metadata as Customizable BLOB Metadata

Configure Document Metadata such as UUID and Other Descriptor Values or Object Properties on BLOBs

Currently, only static BLOB metadata is set by Doxis, such as "csb_archive_date", "csb_archive_version", "csb_content_length", and "csb_is_encrypted".

There must be an option to configure and set additional metadata values—such as UUID and other descriptor or object-specific properties—on the BLOBs.
