New unified user client, cross-platform framework based

Today, winCube, webCube and mobileCube offer a differing feature set, so choosing the right option is troublesome. This does not only regard features like scanning or offline that might need access to local operating systems/resources but also Doxis4 CSB features that are available, but not in a specific user client.
We should offer ONE unified user client, based e.g. on a cross-platform framework like Electron.
