When using categories for search-dialogues and filing-environments, they can only be assigned exactly one category. For Dialogues that are related to more than one category and not exactly to one category, it would be helpful to be able to assign more that one.
Also it would be helpful to set the sorting of the categories manually, rather than have them beeing sorted in alphabetical order.
WIth Business Studio 12.4 we offer to set a category in e-File-, document-, process and search classes. With this all object classes can be addressed directly from the clients start page under their category/solution. Here we want to prevent redundant entries, especially for object creation. If no category is assigned we list the object class under "General", so this could be an option.
Currently we are not planning to add more complexity here - but will investigate potential use cases.
