At the moment, public directory definitions are created in cubeDesigner, but they can only be used if they are also added manually in winCube. Not only is it quite confusing that this step in winCube is necessary, it also negates the option to provide translations for those directories, because you have to enter a new name for a directory when added in winCube and those names are not managed by the zentral translation dictionary.
Hence we would prefer to be able to create and rollout public directories in cubeDesinger only and to add translations for those directories.

sorry for my late response. Here is what i mean:
My winCube client is currently set to German language. However, the name of the yellow marked directory is in English because it is impossible to add translations for Public Directories. From our point of view it is a missing feature that the names of public directories cannot be translated to other languages.
