Additional Functions for public directories

Queries defined in public directorys should be able to be:

• dragged into favorites

• dragged into autostart

• opened in a new tab with the green arrow similar to search-dialoges or document classes (currently if ou want to open a query defined in a public directory in a new tab you need to do this via right-click)

Also the expaneded state of an public directory should be saved when closing the client (win or webcube), so when the client is restarted the next time the directory will be opened with the same nodes expanded. Currently the directory needs to be opened manually every single time after the client has been started.
