When you upload Folder and Subfolders right now only the Documents will be imported and we are missing the Folder and Subfolder Information.
And then we see two different Use Case
- In the Collaboration (iRoom) Area we would expect to see the rebuild Folder Structure from Origin
- In the records with strictly defined structures we would like to have the Structure as Metadata information.
Ideally we would be prompted when importing which option is taken. And this should be in Webcube configurable to allow both options or not.
The functionality of dropping file system folders into e-Files is configurable in the Doxis webCube administration console under System settings > Doxis iRoom(R) configuration (see webCube admin guide). This is only possible if automatic quick filing is configured for the corresponding e-file class in Doxis cubeDesigner.
Individual handling of imported objects is also an option via webCube scripting.
