When one saves a search as a favorite, it is not possible to find out with which parameters this search was stored. It would be really good to be able to find out the search parameters for a certain favorite. In webCube one can technically save the issued URL but this is very humble. It would be great when for instance the search form including the parameters would be available on right mouse click on the favorite.
Hi @Guest, currently the feature is planned for webCube V14.3/14.4, so end of Q4 or Q1/2026
Hi Mr. Gerken,
you said this is considered in future releases, but status is planned. What means planned in this case, what is the target version?
Today, saved searches in favorites are internally stored as CQL-Statement. It is not possible to draw any direct conclusions about the search dialog or the content of the search fields that generated the statement. To achieve this (and get reproducible results), the complete configuration of a search dialog including the field values need to be stored for a favorite. We take this as a future consideration.
