Set deletion locks based on descriptor values

In the Doxis standard, all documents that are to be endowed with a deletion lock must be selected manually.

In many cases, however, the business requirement is that all documents with certain metadata values be blocked from deletion.

The aim is therefore to be able to create deletion locks based on rules using a 4-eye-principle and have them processed automatically on the server.

• Rules should be configurable in webCube / winCube (this could be quite similar to the configuration of access rules in cubeDesigner, based on descriptor values, with configurable databases)

• There should be a search function for existing rules

• There should be a BPM process to ensure that deletion locks undergo a 4-eye-check for being created or activated

• There should also be an analogous 4-eye-principle for the deletion or deactivation of deletion locks
