Due to the high volume of documents that we manage in the Webcube, the current filter option in the searches are too restrictive.
Our users need to :
- search on descriptor with blank value
- search by exclusion
- search by range number (from ... to ...)
- search with copy/paste of a liste of document IDs (> 150 documents IDs selected at once)
Currently these requirements can only be met by extending search dialogs with scripting (setting specific operators, conditions or CQL statements). This has frequently been implemented in projects.
We consider to add advanced search capabilities also to the user interface by default in future releases.
