Formatting of text in controls

The formatting of the content itself and of the note text in Controls depends on the formatting of the descriptor (left bound for char, right bound for numeric). This looks chaotic on dialogues where controls with both types of descriptors are used (see attachment). Also it is not possible to change font size etc. at all.

It should be possible to configure how text in controls is formatted.
