Currently, winCube supports automatic login using Windows Authentication without user interaction. However, when using SAML authentication, the process requires the user to press "OK" in the login dialog, as winCube must open a separate browser for the SAML login. This inconsistent behavior between Windows Authentication and SAML detracts from the seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) experience. We propose implementing full SSO support for winCube with SAML authentication, eliminating the need for any manual user interaction (such as pressing "OK"). The goal is to create a consistent, smooth user experience across both authentication methods, making the login process fully automated for SAML as it is for Windows Authentication.
