When I want to export the configuration or send an errorcode via Mail it is necessary to do this with the native Mail App on iOS. Doesn't it make sense to support any other mailclient installed on the iPhone/iPad?
We for example do not allow the user to use the default mail app for security reasons.
It is generally not possible for apps to create emails via non-standard mail app on iOS like Outlook Mobile. However any file can be shared to any application. The configuration can be shared and the user may select its own mail app.
The error code cannot be shared currently, but we will implement such an option in mobileCube V14.1.
