Multiple configurations in one dispatchconfig.xml

Hello,

We use different configurations for the dispatcher for day and night operation. To do this, we close the dispatcher, copy the corresponding dispatchconfig.xml and restart it.

It would be nice if several configurations could be stored in the dispacthconfig.xml and the time at which they should run could be defined.
