Often we get request zu assign a group or role for a limited time for example if an aprentice is working in a departtmen vom 1.1.2022 - 31.3.2022 the accesss rights should be effective in this time range.
It would be helpful if wee could assigne the role /group with a time range. That way we can assign the right at 23.12.2021 and do not have to assign the right in 2.1.2022.
If the role / group assignement has an expiration date we do not have to revoke the role / group assignement on 1.4.2022.
I think this should be a key-feauture od the identity, roles and rights service of the platform - not of a single product.
Currently the idea has 6 votes (with limited participation of customers on the platform).
If a user loses roles / rights he could be informed by mail - or a dialog during login process. Confusion is not caused by the feature itself, its caused by loosing the rights after the period. As this ois per the requirement it can not be avoided and is not to be blamed on Doxis.

this would be a feature that could lead to confusion among the affected users. We do offer today time constraints for users and also for shared objects via iRoom.
