In case of customer audits, completed or ongoing workflow might be audited. It is possible to export the task list of a workflow, but we want to export the workflow diagrams as well. If multiplediagrams are sued in one workflow, diagrams hsould be exported into one file.
This new feature should be available in winCube and webCube.

Since Thoralf moved to a new position in KN and is not responsible for our KN Docs solution anymore, let me give you feedback on this:
In cubeDesigner we can only export the default diagram. But what we actually need is to export the specific diagram from an actual (ongoing or completed) workflow. The difference is that on the opened workflow (within winCube or webCube), all completed steps are marked with a green check mark and the current step is marked in yellow.
See example attached.
The reason why we need it is to be compliant with CSV for Healthcare systems (21 CFR part 11) during audits. Auditors can see the current status of the workflow in winCube and webCube but they need to be able to export the specific diagrams for evidence documentation.

it's possible today to export diagrams from cubeDesigner. Is this feature not enough for your requirements?
