Improvment for administrating the Global Value Lists

Hi there,

the global value lists are good and easy to use value list for configuration and so on. But after a while of using SER, they are getting bigger and biger and it is more difficult to manage them. What I really miss there is a search function inside the GVL that searches for a value inside a GVL. Also the direct translations should be included into the search function. And the exporting and importing tool does not allow to transport the direct translations.
