Business processes often require recurring sequences of tasks. It is very inconvenient to have to create the same task sequences for every process. In addition, users can name the individual tasks differently on every process, which makes structured processing by the recipients and also reporting more difficult.
It should be possible to store a defined sequence of ad-hoc tasks as a template for further processes.
To ensure structured processes with the same sequences and task names, the use of predefined process models would be the right choice (process definition with state or dependency diagram in cubeDesigner).
Ad-hoc-tasks can be defined individually by users at runtime. However it could be useful to save the defined sequence as template for later reuse or create the ad-hoc-tasks based on former processes....
